Shipping and returns

The shipment of your package

Delivery times:

GLS in Italy:
Express only 1-2 days, Sicily-Calabria-Sardinia 2-3 days

GLS abroad:
Europe 2 days
Rest of the world 3-4 days

Poste Italiane in Italy:
Standard 4 days, Sicily-Calabria-Sardinia 5-6 days
Express 1-2 days, Sicily-Calabria-Sardinia 2-3 days

Poste Italiane abroad: 5 days

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and come with tracking and delivery without signature. 

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. If the products are incorrect or defective, we will refund the shipping in full
